1. How long can I rent an item?
We provide two night rentals. Please contact us if you require a longer rental option. A daily late fee will apply for items returned after the agreed upon date.

2. What if I return the item damaged?
We hope that our customers will treat the items as if it was borrowed from their sister’s closet and return it to Kenlan’s Closet in the same condition as received. In the event an item is abused, lost or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, your credit card will be charged a repair or replacement fee, up to the purchase price listed for the item.

3. In what conditions are the items?
All items in Kenlan’s Closet are in a “new” or “like new “condition. We take pride in offering our customers quality designer dresses, handbags and accessories.

4. Can a rental dress be altered?
If you are able to attend our showroom, minor alterations may be done at an additional fee.

5. Why should I rent?
Some of the advantages of borrowing items from Kenlan’s Closet include:
   • choosing from a selection of designer dresses for a fraction of the price;
   • picking a spectacular designer dress that you felt you could not wear enough to warrant the retail price;
   • expanding your wardrobe and never having to worry about being seen in the same dress twice;
   • saving money by not accumulating a closet full of dresses that cost a fortune and quickly become outdated.

6. Do I clean the dress after I wear it?
No. In order to maintain a high cleaning standard for all our dresses, we charge you a nominal cleaning fee and dry clean the dresses for all our customers. When borrowing from Kenlan’s Closet, you can rest assured that it has been carefully cleaned, inspected and sanitized so all you have to do is go home and get dressed.

7. Is my information safe?
Kenlan’s Closet respects your privacy. We collect information about you through our website in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, contests and promotions. We do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise transfer your personal information to third-parties.

We collect information from you when you place an order, respond to a communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.

When ordering, we ask you for your full legal name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card or other information.

We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

We may use your personal information to (i) deliver the type and content of services and product offerings in which you are most interested, (ii) allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests, (iii) process your transactions, (iv) contact you, if necessary, and (v) send you periodic e-mails if you have opted to receive on-line promotions and notifications. If you wish to opt-out of receiving our e-mail promotions and notifications, please send us an e-mail to this effect.
